Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and business-savvy Senior Content Strategist who can lead regional sales messaging across EMEA for a global technology program. You will bring clarity, structure, and strategic direction to sales playsensuring messaging is compelling, seller-centric, and aligned with broader business priorities.
You should be comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional levelshaping value propositions, refining messaging frameworks, reviewing briefs, and elevating email and campaign content developed by distributed teams. Your work will directly influence sales performance, so you must think beyond copy and focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead regional content strategy for Chrome sales plays across EMEA, ensuring messaging aligns with Google priorities and regional sales motions.
- Act as a strategic partner to regional sales leaders, shaping messaging frameworks, value propositions, tone, and sequencing.
- Review and refine sales play briefs through a seller-centric and regional lens
- Translate Chrome product priorities and business insights into compelling B2B sales messaging.
- Guide and elevate email templates and campaign content developed by the India-based Content Strategist.
- Drive contextual alignment across multi-geo sales campaigns, ensuring messaging consistency and relevance.
- Support selective localization and regional adaptation where required
- Partner closely with EMEA stakeholders to gather feedback, surface insights, and continuously improve messaging effectiveness.
- Ensure governance across messaging updates, change logs, cadence adjustments, and compliance standards.
- Analyze campaign performance (opens, replies, meetings, calls, adoption) and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Deliver monthly insights and optimization recommendations to Google Ops and regional leadership.
- Create communication frameworks that enable scalable, repeatable, high-performing sales plays.
Must Have Skills
- 8+ years of experience in B2B content strategy, sales enablement, or product marketing (preferably in SaaS or tech environments).
- Strong expertise in developing sales messaging frameworks and value propositions for enterprise audiences.
- Experience supporting multi-geo campaigns with regional adaptation and localization oversight.
- Proven ability to translate performance metrics into actionable content strategy improvements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Regional Leads.
- Strong editorial instincts with the ability to review, refine, and elevate copy created by distributed teams.
- Deep understanding of email marketing performance drivers (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, adoption metrics).
- Exceptional English proficiency, proofreading skills, and structured storytelling ability.
- Experience working in agency or fast-paced environments.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content refinement.
