About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSenior Marketing Managerto lead the brand and campaign strategy for ourHomes and TMT segment. This role demands expertise inboth ATL and BTL marketing execution, with a strong track record ofend-to-end campaign management, particularly in high-involvement categories like construction materials, steel, or home-building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead theplanning and execution of integrated brand campaignstailored to Homes and TMT audiences across urban and semi-urban markets
  • Strategically driveATL (TV, print, radio, digital)andBTL (trade shows, dealer activations, on-ground events)campaigns to build brand equity and drive customer preference
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and channel marketing teams to deliver region-specific brand messaging and demand-generation campaigns
  • Manage external partners includingcreative agencies, media agencies, and BTL vendorsfor seamless execution and creative excellence
  • Overseemarketing collaterals, POSM, and brand merchandisingaligned with the Homes and TMT brand positioning
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to refine messaging and identify white spaces
  • Track campaign performance through defined KPIs, optimize media spends, and ensureROI-focused marketing
  • Support the internal branding and communication efforts for channel partners and influencers (engineers, contractors, dealers)

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 710 years of marketing experience with a focus onbuilding materials, steel, real estate, home improvement, or similar industries
  • Proven success in executingmulti-channel campaigns across ATL & BTLformats
  • Understanding oftier 2/3 customer behavior, channel dynamics, and trade marketing
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using insights to drive campaign effectiveness
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute
