Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 3500000 (ie INR 20-35 LPA)

Min Experience: 8 years

Location: Mumbai

You should have experience with large-scale cloud SaaS companies or within the B2B sector. Responsibilities

  • Devise strategies and methods to promote our company and attract qualified visitors to our location.
  • Adhere closely to the content/editorial calendar to ensure compliance with industry-standard content marketing and amplification processes, effectively growing a qualified audience for our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Create, manage, and enhance our social media presence.
  • Spot trends and insights to optimize spending and improve performance based on these findings.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to design landing pages and enhance user experience.
  • Test various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Generate compelling and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target audiences.
  • Engage with key media outlets and journalists to share news about the company and its initiatives. Assist in event planning, coordinating with vendors, event organizers, and design teams for on-site materials.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to assess the complete customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.
  • Assess emerging technologies and offer insight and guidance on their adoption when suitable.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Arts/Commerce/Science/Technology.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B Marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing methodologies and blogging platforms (such as WordPress) to drive traffic and convert visitors into qualified leads.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation for the B2B sector, conversion analytics funnels, and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing along with the aptitude and enthusiasm necessary for learning.
  • Established track record of identifying target audiences and creatively developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and inspire.
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends).
  • A strong aesthetic sense along with a passion for great copy and engaging communication.
  • Experience in public relations, corporate communications, content marketing, or event management is a plus.
  • Capable of flourishing in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
