Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Manager - Marketing for our FMCG brand, located on-site in Delhi, India. The Senior Manager - Marketing will strategize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Responsibilities include developing innovative marketing strategies, leading digital and traditional campaigns, managing market research initiatives, overseeing brand positioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing efforts. The role involves analyzing market trends, measuring campaign performance, and optimizing marketing efforts to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Positioning
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, SEO strategies, and Social Media Management
• Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Competitive Benchmarking
• Knowledge of FMCG marketing trends and consumer behavior analysis
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Managerial abilities
• Proven expertise in Budgeting and Resource Allocation
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and CRM software
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in the FMCG sector is mandatory
