WWF-India, one of the largest conservation organizations, engaged in wildlife and nature conservation in the country, invites applications for the position of Senior Manager - Marketing and Sponsorships.
The incumbent will be a part of the Marketing and Communications team of WWF-India, working directly with concerned departments within the organization. The position reports to Director Marketing and Communications. The ideal candidate must have exceptional marketing, management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Profile:
Marketing - Cause and Brand Marketing, Partnerships, Sponsorships :
- Develop a brand / cause marketing and sponsorship plan for the year
- Creation of sponsorship/support materials, fulfilment of benefits, including campaign or comms collateral production.
- Proactively work with existing sponsors and supporters and engage to discuss sponsorship opportunities
- Research and identify potential sponsorship opportunities that align with marketing goals and target audience.
- Develop sponsorship proposals and pitch partnership opportunities to prospective sponsors.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements, including terms, benefits, and financial arrangements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sponsors. Serve as the primary point of contact and address their needs and concerns throughout the partnership.
- Collaborate with all internal teams to develop campaigns and cause marketing related work
Organization-wide Fundraising and Community Outreach and Events
- Plan and execute events based on the strategic fundraising plan
- Leading and ensuring the success of all event preparations and executions including all logistics and event details
- Designing marketing and promotional materials for events
Tracking and Analysis :
- Analyse performance metrics, such as brand visibility, engagement, and ROI. Prepare regular reports to increase the effectiveness of sponsorships.
- Lead Brand Research for the organization - Provide insights and learnings based on metrics to analyse reach and impact.
Requirements
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/MBA in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum experience: 7 + years of managerial experience in Marketing, cause marketing, brand and sponsorship management, sales, event management and related
- Strong project management and collaborative skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple sponsorship initiatives simultaneously
- Creativity and strategic thinking abilities to develop innovative ideas that align with brand and marketing objectives
Other skills required:
- Experience delivering with small teams and providing support to multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work under pressure and handling tight deadlines
- Experience working with senior-level executives
- A passion for nature, conservation and environmental issues would be preferred
