Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall M&E initiatives of the organization.
- Support the development and implementation of policies for effective data management
- Formulate techniques to ensure quality data collection
- Coordinate the development of tools for literacy assessments and classroom observation, establishing protocols for data management and analysis.
- Assist in donor reporting by integrating quality monitoring and learning outcomes data into reporting structures.
- Collaborate with technology partners to build data collection and analysis mechanisms
Job Requirements
- Master's degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience specifically in monitoring and evaluation in the education or development sector.
- Strong understanding of data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly statistical software
- Ability to build and manage relationships, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Capability to develop and implement M&E policies and protocols for effective data management.
