Job Description

Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities.
Perform detailed financial modelling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and present business cases and recommendations to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies during all M&A transactions.
Monitor and report on post-merger integration progress and outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with external advisors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments in the healthcare sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager - M&A should have:

Qualified CA with at least 5+ years of experience in a strategic driven role, Big 4, consulting firm preferred.
Proven expertise in mergers and acquisitions, including financial modelling and valuation.
In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and its dynamics.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements related to M&A transactions.
