Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities.
  • Perform detailed financial modelling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and present business cases and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies during all M&A transactions.
  • Monitor and report on post-merger integration progress and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external advisors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments in the healthcare sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager - M&A should have:

  • Qualified CA with at least 5+ years of experience in a strategic driven role, Big 4, consulting firm preferred.
  • Proven expertise in mergers and acquisitions, including financial modelling and valuation.
  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and its dynamics.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements related to M&A transactions.
