Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager Learning & Development to lead the design, development, and execution of training programs that enhance employee capability, productivity, and business performance. The role will focus on building structured learning frameworks for sales, marketing, operations, and support teams while driving a strong learning culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Training Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
  • Identify training needs through TNA (Training Need Analysis) across departments.
  • Develop and deliver training modules, workshops, and learning interventions for employees at different levels.
  • Create structured onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Capability Building

  • Drive functional capability building for sales, marketing, operations, and customer-facing teams.
  • Design leadership development programs for mid-level and senior leaders.
  • Conduct soft skills, behavioral, and managerial training programs.

Content Development

  • Develop engaging training content, SOPs, playbooks, and e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create process and product training frameworks.

Performance & Impact Measurement

  • Track training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics.
  • Use analytics to evaluate ROI of training programs and learning initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business leaders, HR, and department heads to align learning initiatives with business

priorities.

  • Manage external trainers, learning partners, and digital learning platforms if required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 610 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training.
  • Prior experience in corporate training, sales training, or capability development preferred.
  • Strong expertise in training design, facilitation, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience working in high-growth startups, healthcare, or consumer businesses is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
