Work Experience
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying viable Process, Facility creation, Equipment planning for new project as well as capacity enhancement in the engine Shop & assembly / testing area.
- Prepare detailed techno commercial proposals highlighting justification, benefits, estimated payback and cost estimations for discussion / approval of Corporate Planning / Senior Management based on feasibility.
- RFQ preparation, getting Quotation, ordering, DAP, trial at suppliers end & at site for installation & commissioning of facilities.
- Layout planning and layout option workouts / update the changes for future references.
- Manage the installation and commissioning of the new equipment in conjunction with the suppliers; ensure adequate training to production and maintenance engineers prior to handover.
- Prepare / update Process estimate for existing / new models, PFMEA/PFD/PLM/DPE, Capacity Utilization for Monthly & Yearly production volumes and Knowledge Data Base for the Engine Shop.
Essential & Desirable Education/Qualifications/ Work experience/technical skills i.e. what are the must haves for this role
Minimum 5 years of experience and should have good knowledge about engine aggregate Assembly / Testing and facilities planning.

- SAP/PLM
- MS word/Excel/Projects
- ISO/TS Systems
- Basic Knowledge of machining and CNC part programme.
