Senior Manager (L5) – Engineer Crash Simulation, Crash & Safety

-Perform structural CAE simulations for full vehicle, sub-system, component, pedestrian, defense, and capability development to meet crash safety targets.

-Build FE models, set up simulations for various load cases, and post-process results to analyze crash performance.

-Prepare and release analysis reports, providing design feedback to project and design teams.

-Develop countermeasures and propose design improvements under guidance of CAE lead engineer.

-Execute CAE correlation activities and manage FE/CAE data for assigned projects, including archival for future reference.

-Conduct benchmarking studies of competitor products and maintain CAD/BOM data from PLM system.

-Develop and improve simulation capabilities, techniques, and work guidelines to optimize vehicle design, quality, and performance.

-Plan component and sub-system level tests for correlation studies.
