Senior Manager (L5) - Engineer Applications

-Gather and translate customer and marketing requirements into technical specifications.

-Oversee end-to-end release of various applications on TML platforms.

-Generate and release ICR ideas to meet annual targets.

-Track and execute unique applications for commercial vehicles, ensuring validation and durability.

-Apply knowledge of materials, manufacturing, welding processes, stability calculations, weld strength analysis, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up in designs.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of applications for hydraulic, sheet metal, and EV systems.

-Utilize PLM and Pro-E/Creo for design, DFMEA, DFx, and validation activities following WCQ and PDCA methodologies.
