As Head of ISO, you'll architect and scale a global Independent Sales Organization to drive brand onboarding across Glance AIs current and new markets
You'll own outreach strategy, team setup, and execution, bringing global lifestyle brands onto the platform
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute a cold outreach strategy to onboard high-potential lifestyle brands onto Glance AI across all key markets
- Define and own KPIs across lead generation, outreach conversion, and onboarding velocity
- Develop sales playbooks, email/call scripts, and outbound cadences tailored to D2C brand ecosystem
- Hire, develop, and scale high-performance ISO teams
- Build standardized outreach processes, CRM workflows, dashboarding, and incentive models
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and scaling cold outreach or inside-sales functions (ISO/BDR), with a proven track record of measurable outcomes across global markets
- Prior experience in the US market is preferred
- Exposure to D2C, eCommerce, or platform business development is a strong advantage but not mandatory
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to persuasively articulate Glance AIs value proposition to diverse brand stakeholders across markets
- Strong understanding of brand ecosystems across lifestyle categories (fashion, beauty, accessories, travel)
- Proficiency with sales and outreach tools such as Salesforce (CRM), Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing platforms
- Strong ability to set up data-driven sales funnels, automate lead workflows, and track pipeline performance
- Experience in fast-paced startups or navigating ambiguous environments, particularly within global or multi-market contexts, is highly preferred
