  • Independently handled the IR
  • Handling of complete IR activities for company
  • Handling labour disputes
  • To handling of contract employees.
  • Knowledge of contract labour management
  • Knowledge of Manpower handling
  • To handing of contract license renewal.
  • To handling of contract employee salary preparation.
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliances
  • Knowledge of Best Practices in Industrial Relations

Requirements

  • Good knowledge IR and Labour legislation
  • Good experience in handling IR Issues
  • Good vendor management
  • Excellent communication skills/Presentation skills
  • Strong of HR and procedures.
  • Managing relationships with stakeholder & ensuring that the Companys treatment of employees is consistent with its values and objective s,
  • Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations Issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate:
  • Participating in and/or leading matters focused on continues improvement.
  • Leading a team of HR & IR at Bangalore and to maintain healthy relations with customer.
