Job Description

  • To work with a real estate conglomerate with a legacy of over 5 decades
  • Partner with management team & formulate the investor relation strategy

Job Description

  • Build investor confidence by Communicating the vision and strategy to investors and stakeholders
  • Develop a comprehensive IR strategy and framework
  • Provide insights on investor feedback, market activity, transactions to the management team
  • Keep the financial community updated on business and financial performance
  • Organising the investor call post results and handle queries
  • Increase coverage of the entity
  • Planning the Investor meets roadshow calendar for the year with senior management team
  • Deepen ties with existing investor relationships while identifying and cultivating new relationships
  • Work with cross functional teams and develop a corporate communication to , institutional investors, retail investors etc
  • Preparation of quarterly board and investor presentations, annual report and press releases
  • Maintain updated investor relations page on the website and IR app

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA in Finance/CA and 8-12 years of work-ex.
  • Persuasive verbal and written communication ability
  • Prior experience in investor relations of a listed company/REIT/InVIT or Equity research associates from broking firms with experience in investor interactions in domestic market
  • Financial modelling skills
