Role Description

The Senior Manager - Investigations will lead and manage fraud and forensic investigations while ensuring adherence to best practices and legal standards. Responsibilities include planning and executing investigations, analyzing data to identify fraudulent activities, preparing detailed reports, and advising clients on preventive measures. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for effective case resolution. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with partial work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Fraud and Forensic Investigations, Risk Assessment, and Financial Crime Prevention
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Interpretation, and use of forensic tools and technologies
• Effective leadership skills with experience in team management and project execution
• Around 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client interaction
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to fraud investigations
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or equivalent certification is preferred
• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field
• Adaptability for working in a hybrid model with a base location in Gurugram
