Job Title : Senior Manager - International Sales

Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven, globally minded sales leader who can own Duratuf's international growth agenda end-to-end. You will architect and execute a strategy that spans 100+ channel partners, 3,500+
active customer organisations, and a scaled international sales team while keeping a relentless focus on gross profit.

Key Responsibilities


Global Distributor & Channel Development

Identify, recruit, onboard and grow international distributors across target markets
Build a network of 10 active distributors in Year 1, scaling to 100 by Year 4
Ensure each active distributor meets a minimum engagement threshold of 2 purchases per year
Develop long-term, structured partnerships with distributors to drive consistent revenue

Customer Base Expansion

Grow Duratuf's active international customer base to 3,500+ organisations globally
Develop and implement account management strategies to drive repeat purchases
Track buying cycles (quarterly / half-yearly / yearly) and manage customer relationships proactively

Market Penetration & Intelligence

Deepen Duratuf's presence across the existing 61+ export markets
Identify and prioritise high-potential new markets for entry
Represent Duratuf at international trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
Conduct regular distributor and customer visits; gather actionable market intelligence
Track competitor activity, pricing, and product positioning across key markets

International Sales Team Leadership

Build, lead, and develop the international sales team from 4 to 20 members
Establish clear KPIs, performance accountability, and a strong sales culture
Drive continuous improvement in gross profit per salesperson
Maintain team retention above 90% through coaching, development, and engagement
Conduct regular training, capability development, and performance reviews

Sales Systems & CRM Discipline

Own pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene across the team
Implement and enforce data-driven sales management practices
Provide regular reporting on key international sales metrics to leadership

Requirements

715 years of international B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial / manufacturing /safety products
Proven track record of building and managing global distributor and channel partner networks
Experience scaling a sales team in an export-driven or globally focused business
Demonstrated ability to grow gross profit not just revenue in international markets
Exposure to markets across South-East Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, or the Americas.

Skills & Competencies

Strategic sales thinking ability to build and execute a multi-year global go-to-market plan
Channel partner development identifying, recruiting, and activating distributors internationally
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on margin, not just top-line revenue
Exceptional relationship-building skills with industrial buyers and global partners
Team leadership ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing salespeople
Disciplined execution pipeline management, CRM usage, and structured follow-through
Market intelligence reading global trends and translating them into actionable strategy
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
