Site Name: Bengaluru Luxor North Tower Posted Date: Apr 7 2026 Job Purpose You will lead international talent acquisition for GSK from India. You will design and deliver recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates across commercial, supply chain, and global support roles. You will work in a global matrix and partner closely with hiring managers, HR leaders, and external partners. We value data-led thinking, clear communication, and a coaching mindset. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Lead end-to-end recruitment for international roles, including sourcing, assessment, selection, offer and onboarding. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles using market mapping and proactive sourcing. Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to design role profiles, selection processes and hiring decisions. Manage relationships with external vendors, RPO partners and executive search firms to ensure consistent delivery. Use recruitment metrics and market insights to improve candidate quality, reduce time to fill and enhance candidate experience. Coach and mentor recruiters and sourcers, fostering capability building and continuous improvement. Why You Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including international hiring exposure. Experience working in a matrixed global environment and partnering with senior stakeholders. Proven ability to manage vendor or RPO relationships. Strong stakeholder management and consultative influencing skills. Proficiency with ATS tools and common office software. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus Master's degree in HR, Business or related field. Experience recruiting for commercial, supply chain, or global support functions in pharma, life sciences or FMCG. Experience leading a team of recruiters or managing recruitment programs. Hands-on experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding campaigns. Strong data literacy with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
