Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main liaison between the agency and clients. Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding client objectives, brand guidelines, and expectations.
- Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to develop effective influencer marketing plans that align with client goals and industry trends.
- Influencer Coordination:
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suitable influencers for campaigns. Ensure smooth onboarding, briefing, and compliance with campaign deliverables.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the campaign lifecyclefrom brief to execution to reporting. Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and internal workflows.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions). Deliver timely performance reports and optimization suggestions to clients.
- Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI while keeping campaigns within the client's scope.
- Problem Solving & Crisis Handling:
- Address campaign issues or delays proactively and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with creative, talent management, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Key Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, English, Public Relations, or Mass Comm would be preferred.
- Prior experience of 5 to 8 years in the Execution of campaigns
- Strong negotiation skills and influencer outreach experience.
- Creative thinking with an eye for storytelling and content.
- Understanding of brand marketing and social media trends.
