What You'll Do

Deliver Exceptional Payroll Experiences

  • Own end-to-end payroll for India, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes and translate them into seamless payroll operations
  • Manage statutory requirements including Provident Fund and other government-mandated benefits
  • Ensure employees are paid correctly and on time-every time

Drive Innovation & Efficiency

  • Reimagine payroll processes by leveraging automation, digital tools, and system integrations
  • Lead initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enable scalable solutions
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve performance and decision-making
  • Champion a mindset of continuous improvement and simplification

Build Strong Partnerships

  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver integrated solutions
  • Partner with regional and global payroll teams to support and enhance global payroll operations
  • Act as a trusted advisor on payroll, compliance, and employee experience
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to drive high-quality outcomes

Lead & Inspire

  • Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and innovation
  • Empower your team to challenge the status quo and bring forward new ideas
  • Create an environment where people can do their best work

Strengthen Governance & Controls

  • Ensure robust controls, compliance, and audit readiness at all times
  • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to protect both employees and the organization
  • Uphold the highest standards of data privacy and integrity
  • Support RAAS and statutory audits, ensuring full compliance of payroll operations

What You Need to Succeed

  • Deep expertise in India payroll, taxation, equity, and statutory compliance
  • Proven experience driving process transformation, automation, or payroll system implementations
  • Strong ability to influence and partner across functions
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for improving how things work
  • Experience in global, high-growth, and matrixed environments with large employee populations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
