2.) Collaborating with relevant stakeholders of corporate office to align process & maximize efficiency to ensure extraction.

3.) Tracking & driving business plan through Input parameter & partnering with field teams.

D Key Result Areas

The role has been established to manage the Agency Campaigns:

  • Formulating the business Plan (CMP) as per annual targets in conjunction with IDFC Business with Inputs of HO/ Field teams.
  • Launching & Driving R&R & field visit to gather field feedback.
  • Continuous process optimization through collaboration with cross functional & field stakeholders to optimize extractions & efficiency metrics.
  • Cross pollinates best practices at Zonal level to raise overall
  • Mine & prepare desired analytics to review business & support decision making.
  • Preparation of HO reviews & share insight with teams.

. Campaign Management + Sales experience

. The candidate should have work experience, ideally within distribution or Project Management in BFSI or business consulting firm

. Experience in working closely with Distribution channel, and in cross functional teams

. Experience in effective time bound project execution and administration

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management / influencing skills

Behavioral competencies:

. Ability to manage senior business stakeholders across functions.

. Ability to manage / develop team and work with virtual teams.

. Ability to work with multi-location teams (on-site, off-site)
