We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the execution, installation, and commissioning of MEP, IBMS, and CPMS systems for data Centre projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge across multiple domains, proven leadership capabilities, and a consistent track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the execution, installation, and commissioning of MEP, IBMS, and CPMS systems for mission-critical facilities such as data centers.
- Lead the installation and commissioning of IBMS subsystems including:
- Building Management System (BMS)
- Fire Alarm System (FAS)
- Public Address System (PAS)
- IP CCTV & Surveillance
- VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus)
- Water Leak Detection System
- Critical Power Monitoring System (CPMS)
- Handle HVAC automation with PID logic, and oversee temperature, RH (Relative Humidity), and pressure control systems.
- Conduct detailed site surveys and prepare comprehensive BOQs for MEP, IBMS, and CPMS systems.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to align execution with design and project goals.
- Lead and manage a team of site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance on-site.
- Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, quality benchmarks, and budget constraints.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.
- Identify potential risks and challenges, and develop mitigation and contingency plans as needed.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and site best practices to ensure a secure work environment.
- Apply quality control measures to ensure all installed systems meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Ensure smooth integration and functional testing of all installed systems, including CPMS, to guarantee optimal performance and operational readiness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in the execution of IBMS and CPMS works, preferably in commercial and data Center projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building automation, and integration of multiple building control systems.
- Proven experience with CPMS system deployment and integration in critical environments.
- Proficient in project execution, resource management, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse on-site teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
