Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager HR to lead people strategy for a fast-growing organization. This role will work closely with leadership to build strong performance systems, scalable HR processes, and a culture that supports growth, accountability, and talent retention.

This is a high-impact role suited for someone who has worked in a service-led company or a scaling startup environment and understands the pace and complexity of growth.

Key Focus Area:

Performance Management:

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end performance management framework
  • Design and drive goal-setting, KPIs, OKRs, and appraisal cycles
  • Enable managers to conduct effective performance reviews and feedback conversations
  • Identify high performers, development gaps, and succession pipelines
  • Use performance data to support rewards, promotions, and capability building

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
  • Lead talent planning, workforce structuring, and organization design
  • Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and change management
  • Oversee HR operations including policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle
  • Strengthen leadership capability through coaching and development programs
  • Manage compensation frameworks, role clarity, and career progression models
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on people matters

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Background in services companies, consulting firms, media, or scaling startups
  • Strong hands-on experience in performance management systems
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
