Senior Manager - Human ResourcesJob Description Role Purpose To manage end-to-end Plant HR operations in a GMP-controlled pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, ensuring effective Industrial Relations, Contract Labour Management, Statutory Compliance, Union Handling, Workforce Administration, and HR Data Management to support smooth plant operations and regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities Industrial Relations & Union Management

  • Manage day-to-day Industrial Relations within the plant environment.
  • Handle union interactions, negotiations, settlements, and grievance redressal.
  • Support management in disciplinary actions, charge sheets, and domestic inquiries.
  • Maintain a harmonious working atmosphere ensuring uninterrupted GMP-compliant operations. Contract Labour & Vendor Management
  • Manage contract manpower across Production, Packing, Warehouse, Utilities, and Engineering.
  • Ensure contractor compliance under CLRA Act, Minimum Wages, PF, ESI, Bonus, and Leave provisions.
  • Coordinate contractor audits and related documentation ensuring audit readiness.
  • Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and contractor billing accuracy. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
  • Ensure compliance with: Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, CLRA Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus & Gratuity Acts, PF & ESI Regulations, and applicable State Labour Laws.
  • Handle labour inspections, statutory audits, and liaison with government authorities.
  • Maintain statutory registers, licenses, returns, and compliance documentation as per legal requirements.
