Job Title: Senior Manager - HR Operations

Location: Bangalore

Report to: Head- Human Resources

Jobs reporting into: HR Ops Team

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operationsincluding payroll, MIS reporting, onboarding, PMS, compliance, and exit processesto ensure smooth workforce management and operational efficiency across Hospitality & Facility SBU.

Key Responsibilities:

Comp. & Ben

  • Ensure accurate and timely end to end payroll processing for all units & subsidiaries under Hospitality & Facility SBU.
  • Monitor attendance integration, overtime validation, shift data, and salary calculations.
  • Manage payroll audits, variance analysis, and pay related query resolution.
  • Maintain statutory deductions accuracy (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF), and monthly compliance related to payroll.

MIS & HR Analytics

  • Prepare and publish monthly HR dashboards, manpower reports, attrition analysis, and productivity metrics.
  • Present insights to support decision-making on workforce optimization and cost control.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy across systems, coordinating with HRIS teams for updates and automation.

Onboarding & Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Oversee smooth onboarding for Hospitality SBU and site-level employees, ensuring documentation, digital records, and induction processes. Drive completion of joining formalities and background verification.
  • Standardize employee life cycle processes across all properties and units.

Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Manage the annual and mid-year PMS cycles across Hospitality & Facility SBU.
  • Ensure goal setting, appraisal completion, and evaluation process as per the set standards of the organization.
  • Coordinate with department heads to drive performance culture and identify training needs.

Statutory & Legal Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with all labour laws applicable to hospitality and facility services (Shops & Establishments Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages, etc.).
  • Conduct compliance audits for hotels/resorts and vendor partners.
  • Manage timely filing of statutory returns and ensure adherence to company policies and legal frameworks.

Exit Management

  • Oversee full and final settlements, relieving documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Track attrition trends and provide actionable insights to reduce turnover.
  • Ensure smooth transition processes while maintaining legal and organizational compliance.

Desired Profile:

  • MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Additional certifications in HR operations, labor laws, or HR analytics preferred.
  • 1215 years of progressive HR operations experience.
  • Preferred experience in hospitality, facility management, or multilocation manpower-intensive industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS / HRMS platforms (e.g., Darwin box, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Experience in GPTW and Talent Acquisition would be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
