Position: Senior Manager - HR Business Partner

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Work Mode: Full-time, 5-day work from office

About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Practo, you will play a strategic role in aligning people practices with business goals across key functions and business units. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leadership while championing a high-performance, employee-centric culture.

You will work closely with senior management to provide HR insights, drive critical people processes, and proactively identify opportunities for improving employee engagement, retention, and overall experience. This position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the go-to HR partner for designated functions/business units, managing the full employee life cycle.

Support all core HR processes including onboarding, performance management (PMS), calibrations, employee engagement, and talent management.

Consult with business leaders to provide strategic HR insights and guidance.

Conduct regular connects to track engagement and address concerns proactively.

Leverage data analytics to identify workforce trends and support evidence-based decision-making.

Own and drive attrition management efforts for assigned functions, implementing proactive interventions.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies provide timely updates and guidance.

Identify training and development needs support implementation of learning initiatives.

Serve as a cultural steward and change agent, promoting Practo's values and people-first mindset.

What We're Looking For

10-12 years of experience in HRBP roles, managing 200-300 employees.

Strong background in employee engagement, performance management, communication, and analytics

Prior experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (start-up exposure preferred).

Proven ability to interpret and use data to influence business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
