Role Summary: We're looking for a Senior Manager - HR Product Analytics. This remote (India) role will own and scale the HR data model and reporting products that power people decisions across the company. You will lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of People Analytics data models, reporting roadmaps, and vendor/tool integrations to ensure accurate, documented, and consumable workforce insights. This role reports to the Director of People Analytics.

Team Summary: Our HR Analytics team drives strategic and operational decisions across all levels-from the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team to HR Business Partners and frontline managers-by analyzing workforce data and delivering actionable insights. You'll join a five-person analytics team spanning the US and India. In this Senior Manager position, you will be the primary steward of our HR data model and reporting products. You will work closely with teammates across People Analytics, partner with the Data Management Office (DMO), data engineering (Snowflake owners), and workforce technology teams to align architecture, ensure data integrity, and make reporting easier for stakeholders.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and own the HR data model: add validated metrics, ensure documentation, and represent the HR data model in enterprise data initiatives.
  • Define and execute data model strategy, including collaboration with internal teams or external vendors.
  • Partner with the Data Management Office and data engineering teams to align Snowflake architecture, data lineage, access controls, and transformation patterns.
  • Demonstrate strong appetite and working understanding of data engineering principles-how data is ingested, transformed, and made production-ready-and translate those considerations into product requirements.
  • Develop and manage the reporting and visualization roadmap across Workday, Power BI, and other tools inventory existing reports and prioritize build vs. sunset decisions.
  • Audit and consolidate existing reports and dashboards define reporting tiers (executive, CPOD, self-service, operational) and rationalize overlaps.
  • Collaborate with analytics, HR Product Group, and IT partners to define integration requirements, support analytics leads in solving stakeholder needs, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Additional Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the data dictionary and DMO-related documentation.
  • Support ad hoc analytics product communications, stakeholder updates, and change management for reporting launches.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce manual reporting effort and increase automation.
  • Participate in vendor evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and contract discussions as needed.
  • Mentor and coach team members on data model usage, documentation standards, product thinking, and visualization design.
  • Represent People Analytics in cross-functional working groups that impact workforce data and reporting.
  • Assist in defining success metrics and adoption KPIs for reporting products and self-service capabilities.

Expected Education & Experience

  • 8-14 years of relevant experience in analytics product management, data management, people analytics, or related areas.
  • Demonstrated experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and reporting platforms (Workday reporting preferred).
  • Proficiency with data infrastructure concepts and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, ETL pipelines, data modeling).
  • Working knowledge of data engineering principles, including ingestion patterns, transformation logic, scheduling, and productionization of pipelines.
  • Experience defining data dictionaries, governance practices, and working with a Data Management Office or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to build and manage product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and lead cross-functional delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration experience with IT, data engineering, HR systems, and business partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, HR Analytics) advanced degree preferred but not required.
