Job Description

The Senior Manager HR Operations will lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient delivery of core HR services, compliance with statutory requirements, and alignment with organizational goals. This role is responsible for driving process excellence, governance, and operational effectiveness across the employee lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, create goals and strategy related to Manpower Planning and retention.
  • Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
  • Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Identify and execute best practices for talent management.
  • Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
  • Extensive use of HR Analytics

Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate degree in HR or equivalent.
  • 1318 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience managing HR operations for large, geographically distributed workforces.
  • Prior exposure to Staffing Industry and client-facing HR operations, preferred.
