Looking for Senior Manager - HR operations
Location - Jakkur (Yehalanka - Bangalore)
Immediate joiner Preferred - Work from office all 5 days.
Experience - 15 + yrs. (MBA Preferred)
Key Role Responsibilities :
HR Policies and Processes management
- Develop, update, optimize, and ensure implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines
- Ensure HR policies align with regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Develop and implement employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
- Provide inputs and manage the Operations budget effectively
- Ensure compliance with Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) regulations
Compensation and Benefits management
- Manage payroll operations in accordance with country laws and regulations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee benefits administration, including benchmarking benefits
- Complete the performance management system (PMS) yearly cycle, ensuring relevant data is collected for compensation and grade revisions
- Benchmark and align compensation, grades, bands, and incentives structure to stay competitive
- Drive and manage recognition and rewards (R&R) programs, ensuring timely rollout and employee engagement
HR Data management
- Oversee HR data management, reporting, and analytics to drive informed decision-making
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Provide timely and accurate employee data to concerned stakeholders as needed
Employee events and community engagement
- Handle corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, fostering community engagement
- Organize fun and special events such as important occasions, festivals, and town halls to promote employee morale and engagement
- Manage and deliver on special HR projects to support organizational objectives
Stakeholder collaboration
- Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to ensure buy-in and support for HR Policy initiatives
- Develop and manage relationships with consultants, service providers, vendors and partners for HR operations management and special projects
Team Leadership
- Lead, manage and build a high performing recruitment team
- Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills
Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required :
- 15+ yrs. Proven experience in HR operations, with a track record of success in developing and managing HR policies, processes and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
