  • Performance Management System (PMS): Expertise in managing and optimizing PMS to track employee performance, set goals, and conduct evaluations
  • Learning & Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth
  • Zing HRMS Operations: Hands-on experience with Zing HRMS for managing employee data, HR processes, and performance tracking
  • Policy Drafting: Skilled in drafting clear and comprehensive HR policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements
  • SOP Implementation: Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize HR processes and ensure compliance
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture and improve employee satisfaction

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Strong experience in Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Zing HRMS operations
  • Expertise in policy drafting, SOP implementation, and employee engagement initiatives
