Senior Manager - HR | 8+ YoE | BLR

• Build and shape the India HR function in a growing global company.
• Partner with global leaders while building scalable HR processes.

We're looking for someone who has:

• 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment and Generalist HR roles.
• Strong understanding of payroll, compliance, onboarding and employee engagement.
• Experience managing administration and facilities responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing, engineering, industrial or services environments is preferred.
• Hands-on, proactive and capable of working independently in a standalone HR setup.
