Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timely collection and reporting of environmental activity data from multiple sites and functions.
- Perform structured validations and drive resolution of data quality issues, documenting corrective actions taken.
- Execute defined data controls in alignment with the HSE/Sustainability control framework.
- Maintain audit-ready evidence repositories including control inventories, execution plans, and process maps.
- Support the annual sustainability and ESG reporting cycle.
- Operate and enhance EHS/ESG data systems and reporting tools.
- Serve as the point of contact for Internal Audit and assist in remediation planning.
- Facilitate internal and external limited assurance procedures.
- Contribute to automation, master data governance, and standardization initiatives.
- Partner with HSE leaders to ensure consistent application of methodologies and controls.
- Effectively communicate status, risks, and readiness updates to leadership.
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in EHS and ESG data management.
- Understanding of SHE frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data validation, analytics, and reporting.
- Ability to maintain audit-ready documentation and drive continuous process improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education:Any Graduation or Post Graduation in relevant fields such as Computer Application, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
