What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

• You will be responsible for strategically driving growth in traffic and transactions on the Now Now platform
• Own the performance of key growth marketing channels such as CRM, Affiliate marketing and Digital Marketing on social media platforms
• Keep key business stakeholders updated with market and competitive insights
• Use a structured approach to identify and analyze business problems
• Undertake competitive research and benchmarking
• Effectively communicate insights to ensure data-driven decision making in the organization
• Build and maintain dashboards for reporting of key metrics

Requirements

• Individuals with minimum 5 years of work experience
• The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
• A dedicated individual who has the drive to constantly learn and come up with new ideas
• An individual who has strong problem solving and teams skills
• An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Avid curiosity and passion to take on tough challenges
• Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements

Key Skills Required

• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• Experience in the similar industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Hands-on experience in SQL / Bigquery or any programming language is preferable
