What you'll do:

• Strategically drive growth in traffic and transactions on the noon platform
• Own the performance of key growth marketing channels such as CRM and Digital Marketing
• Keep key business stakeholders updated with market and competitive insights
• Use a structured approach to identify and analyze business problems
• Undertake competitive research and benchmarking
• Effectively communicate insights to ensure data-driven decision making in the organization
• Build and maintain dashboards for reporting of key metrics

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis or a similar field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in technology startup
• Precise judgment and strong decision-making skills to enable the right actions to optimize the user experience and customer conversion
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting within senior forums
• Able to operate across and manage multiple roles/functions
• Ability to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty when you're needed to
• Work in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
• Proven ability in working under high pressure, target oriented job profile with successful track record
