Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing & Widget Partnerships Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our broking business. This role combines data-driven marketing strategies with strategic widget partnerships to accelerate growth and enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Marketing
Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies for retail and institutional broking clients.
Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other financial platforms.
Optimize funnel metrics (CAC, conversion rates, LTV) through A/B testing and analytics.
Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives via email, SMS, and app notifications to improve retention.
Familiarity with MoEngage tool(running campaigns, data analytics and RFM framework)
Partnerships & Alliances
Identify, negotiate, and manage widget partnerships with platforms, relevant brands related to BFSI sector.
Build co-marketing programs with platforms to expand reach and generate qualified leads.
Monitor widget partnership performance and ensure ROI through structured reporting. Analytics & Insights
Track KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and widget partnership channels.
Use data to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency.
Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership. Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory norms.
Coordinate with agencies and vendors for campaign execution. Requirements 410 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in broking.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and financial customer acquisition.
Experience in managing widget partnerships and running multi digital channels.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation).
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SEBI regulations and broking industry compliance.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and financial ecosystems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
