We're looking for a customer-focused professional to own post-sales relationships, ensure product success, drive adoption, and identify growth opportunities within key accounts. You'll act as the strategic partner for clients. Ideal for SaaS enterprise sales professionals ready to transition into a high-impact Customer Success & growth role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients across geographies
- Build success plans, track key metrics (NPS, CSAT, adoption, health) and ensure renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve open items, deliver value, and drive feature adoption
- Conduct business reviews, workshops, product demos, and communicate ROI to client stakeholders
- Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the account portfolio
- Handle escalations, ensuring proactive engagement and long-term client satisfaction
Requirements
- 58 years in Enterprise Sales or customer success within SaaS or Tech
- Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills
- Analytical and data-driven approach to customer health and retention
- Proven track record in renewals, adoption, and revenue expansion
- Interest in CX, automation, and AI-driven SaaS solutions
