Job Description
IT Security manager for Happiest Minds. Achieve and Govern Security defined objectives and program plans. Review, monitor and plan for enhancements for overall Security controls effectiveness. Review the existing policies and process for maintaining effective security controls implemented. Interface with internal team/End customers on any related security concerns raised, work on the root cause and remediation efforts. Review and maintain overall SLA compliances objectives. Interface with the Happiest Minds CISO/CIO, provide summary reports on the status and objectives. Overall operational risk Register Track and monitor security compliance across delivery of identified customer - To start with 10 customers. . Understand the asset usage per customer Customer images and Happiest Minds images. Track overall user patching cycles and reasons for lapses.
