Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Manager - Fuel Planning and Cost Monitoring. The Senior Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to optimize fuel procurement, monitoring fuel costs, and establishing performance benchmarks. The role involves analyzing fuel market dynamics, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective utilization, and evaluating fuel consumption patterns. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve cost optimization goals while maintaining quality and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in fuel planning, cost monitoring, and procurement management processes
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills for fuel market analysis and supplier management
• Familiarity with operational efficiency methods and sustainability practices in fuel management
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities
• CA / CMA preferred with relevant cement industry experience
• Relevant experience in the cement, energy, logistics, or industrial sectors is an advantage
