Job Description

Purpose of the Job/Job Overview

Responsible for End-to-End Management of all Business Development activities related to B2B business development & fleet sales, as per the organizational needs.

Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline
  • Pitching & showcasing
  • Quotations & proposals
  • Billing and collection
  • Support dispatch & deliveries

Essential Qualifications / Experience

Education:

  • Graduation is a must, can be from a Tier 1/2 college.
  • MBA is preferred

Experience:

  • 10+ Years
  • Good network in the B2B Last Mile Logistics companies like Zomato, Flipkart etc.
  • Must have a good network in Insurance companies, Retail finance companies
  • Must have worked in B2B Sales, in an automotive 2w / car company.
  • Strong ability to generate interest, create pitch on the go, chase & follow up the client

  • Enthusiastic, go-getter & extrovert person with high sales orientation.
  • A persuasive storyteller, solution-oriented mindset, must-win drive.
  • Individual contributor, ability to engage senior leaders of other organizations.
