Who You Will Work With
This role is part of Bain's Financial Services (FS) Centre of Expertise (CoE), based out of the Gurugram office. The FS CoE actively supports Partners/Global Case teams across Proposals, Client Development efforts, and Client Cases.
Additionally, the team also supports the Global FS Practice in building Bain's FS Data Assets / IP / Thought Leadership / POVs / Tools, etc.
The group comprises 100+ team members across Banking, Insurance, and other Financial Services sectors.

What You'll Do
A Senior Manager leads teams of Project Leaders, Associates, and Analysts, managing case delivery, clientcommunication, work planning, and professional development. Senior Managers typically manage three or more projects simultaneously across geographies and industries and are responsible for final outputs and client-ready materials.
