- Group Reporting - Fit for consolidation financials for group reporting (IND AS complied) Coordinating with Holding Company team for queries, data requirement etc.
- Regulatory Reporting (IGAAP and Ind AS) - Managing regulatory reporting to IRDAI ex. BAP submission, public disclosures, Life Council reporting, new business certificate, BAP operational, any other adhoc requirement from IRDAI etc.
- Managing Statutory Audit - Handling quarterly Statutory audit by joint statutory auditors (One auditor is Big 4 CA form)
- Internal Control Framework (ICF) - Ensuring ICF framework update all the time with respect to process and system changes.
- SEBI Compliances - Company having listed debentures. Ensure timely SEBI compliances w.r.t to listed debentures.
- Project Management - Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget
- System Enhancements - Testing of system requirements, evaluate new requirements and providing CRs to IT, liase with IT for resolution of defects and delivery
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Post Qualification
- Life Insurance Experience in Financial Reporting / Regulatory reporting
- Good knowledge of IND AS, IND AS 117, IFRS, IFRS Reporting, IFRS 17, Accounting Practices and Standards, SEBI and IRDAI Regulations etc.
