Senior Manager Financial Reporting

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead key finance functions including MIS & Reporting, Taxation, and Stakeholder Management. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, operational efficiency, and strong compliance knowledge to support business growth and governance.

Key Responsibilities

MIS and Reporting

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with Companies Act, IND AS / IGAAP.
• Manage cash flow, EBITDA calculations, and regular reporting to the group company.
• Develop Audit Committee and Board presentations.
• Conceptualize policies, benchmark industry best practices, and drive implementation.
• Oversee billing and monitor accounts receivable/payable.
• Conduct variance analysis (vs budget, QNQ, YOY) and support long-range AOP planning.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency.

Taxation

• Prepare and review direct tax returns and assessments; liaise with Income Tax authorities.
• Ensure timely filing and payment of indirect taxes (Service Tax / GST).
• Handle statutory notices and appeals related to indirect tax matters.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal/statutory auditors and manage bank audits to ensure clean reports.
• Prepare and review daily reports as per RBI, SEBI, and Exchange requirements.
• Lead ICFR audits, controls testing, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory norms.
• Implement SOX and FATCA compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business operations.
• Monitor daily fund positions and ensure optimal fund availability.
• Manage credit facilities, KYC processes, and bank communications.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage audits and stakeholder relationships.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on efficiency and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools

Qualification & Experience

Qualified CA with 5-10 yrs of experience.
