Responsibilities

Job Scope: The role will be responsible for financial planning, business performance analysis, customer profitability evaluation, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting. It will support business decision-making through financial insights, coordinate with regional and country stakeholders for reporting and compliance, and drive process improvements, automation, and financial control initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Performance Analysis

• Perform detailed monthly financial analysis of the business, including revenue, margins, operational KPIs, and cost drivers.
• Track and analyse monthly variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Prepare insightful dashboards and presentations highlighting key business trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with operations to validate financial results and understand performance drivers.

Customer Profitability Analysis

• Conduct deep-dive customer-level profitability analysis.
• Evaluate pricing, contractual terms, revenue leakages, billing accuracy, and cost-to-serve elements.
• Support business leaders in pricing decisions, renewal discussions, and customer strategy based on financial insights.
• Prepare profitability models for existing and potential customers.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
• Collaborate with Country Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to gather inputs and consolidate business assumptions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and long-term forecasts.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to the APAC regional FP&A team.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Prepare monthly MIS packs, management presentations, and regional reporting templates.
• Coordinate with Country Finance teams to resolve SPL-related queries, data clarifications, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with the APAC FP&A team for regional submissions, performance reviews, and analysis requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.

Process Improvement & Controls

• Identify process gaps, enhance reporting accuracy, and streamline financial workflows.
• Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and documentation standards.

Requirements

Experience:8-10 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or management reporting.

Qualification:Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in FP & A.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of logistics, supply chain, or service-based business models (preferred)
