Senior Manager - Finance

The Senior Treasury Manager (Projects) is responsible for providing Treasury support for the Group's disposal pipeline. The job holder will be a key member of the treasury team working directly with the Group Treasurer on various initiatives.

Job Description:

Treasury lead for the Group's divestments pipeline.
Preparatory work for any red flag exercises in relation to proposed divestments.
Management of the material subsidiaries and allowable disposals basket models for the RCF, Euro PPs and US PPs.
Attending regular governance meetings for all divestments projects, preparation of all Treasury/Financing Virtual Data Room disclosures and responding to questions from bidders during the Q&A phase.
Ensure that the optimum cash extraction is in place for each business within the sale perimeter.
Preparation of the completion mechanics to ensure that the funds flow at completion is in accordance with the Share Purchase Agreement.
Work closely with Corporate Development, Tax, Legal and Group/Divisional Finance teams to ensure the delivery of the above.
Ad hoc projects: Maintenance of the Power BI reporting suite, IT2.
