Job Description

To Know the jobs in detail, understanding the requirement and trend.
Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, SAP(PP MM Module)
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales orders and capacity.
Co-ordination with design procurement and Production team for continuous flow
Planning scheduling—, monitoring daily Plan Vs Actuals. Ensure that goal should meet.
Monitoring daily progress and analysis it or need be change or adjust the plan accordingly.
Analysis of data on to identify any risk of failure, bottleneck or there is opportunity for the improvement.
Collaboration with the team if required provide guidance and presenting report.
Daily or weekly monitoring of critical RM. Tracking of material consumption and record.
Closely working with procurement team to keep the optimum stock level.
Prepare daily weekly monthly MIS report for production inventory and order status.
Co-ordination with customer for delivery of order as per commitment date.
