We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Finance SME.
In this role you will lead our Life Sciences team, the role combines deep domain expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that our solutions, processes, and strategies align with industry standards and deliver measurable value to clients. The Senior Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, mentor, and thought leader in the life sciences domain.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
.Define and drive the functional vision and roadmap for life sciences initiatives.
.Partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategic direction and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Domain Expertise
.Good Domain knowledge of at least one of the F&A process - Accounts payable or Account Receivables or Record to Report
.Good analytical and logical reasoning skills. Interpret business requirements and technical specification documents
.Ability to slice and dice large data sets and derive the right insights
.Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary
.Ability to understand client business problems, devise the right solution approach and draw insights
.Strong communication skills to be able to front end conversations with senior stakeholders.
.Strong expertise in Crafting intuitive solutions using Power Bi /Tableau/Advance Excel. Should have handled complexity around visualization or data
.Knowledge on connecting to multiple data sources is required.
.Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to advise leadership and clients.
.Skilled at operating in a complex, cross-functional organization where the team needs to collaborate and integrate with other teams across multiple functions.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through digital transformation and regulatory compliance.
.Conduct executive-level workshops, presentations, and consultations.
.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, and regulatory functions.
Operational Excellence
.Oversee functional requirement gathering, solution validation, and delivery assurance.
.Ensure projects meet functional specifications, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.
.Drive process optimization and innovation across life sciences operations.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Relevant hands-on experience of reporting and analytics in AP, AR or RTR functions
.Skilled at operating in a complex, cross-functional organization where the team needs to collaborate and integrate with other teams across multiple functions.
.Expertise in solving multiple complex business problems and devise the right solution by channelizing the data .
.Proficiency in Advanced Excel/Power excel/Power BI/VBA/R/Python .
.Minimum Education qualification of MBA in finance with technical certification or bachelors education in any of the programming language

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Experience in the life sciences domain, with significant experience in a leadership role.
.Proven track record in functional consulting, SME leadership, or senior management roles
.Understanding of global regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, ICH, GxP, GDPR) is good to have
.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
.Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
.Familiarity with life sciences digital platforms
.Exposure to AI/ML applications
