We are seeking a Senior Manager - Finance to lead our financial operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies and initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision making.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CA, CMA, CPA) preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on managerial responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
