Job Description
- SAP S/4HANA Finance Leadership
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP FICO including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Universal Journal.
- Drive adoption of S/4HANA best practices and global finance templates.
- Integration with SAP Modules
- Ensure seamless integration of FICO with SD, MM, PP, and QM modules.
- Lead revenue recognition, procure-to-pay, and manufacturing accounting integrations.
- Product Costing & Controlling
- Lead Product Costing including standard/actual costing, variance analysis, and period-end close.
- Own CO processes including Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, and COPA.
- Master Data Governance
- Define and govern FICO master data including Chart of Accounts, cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, and asset classes.
- Regulatory, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements.
- Support US listed company reporting and SOX compliance.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Design financial reports using S/4HANA embedded analytics.
- Ensure accuracy and auditability of financial data.
- Stakeholder & Project Leadership
- Act as the primary finance IT partner.
- Lead FICO consultants and coordinate with system integrators.
- Support cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 13–15 years of SAP FICO experience in pharma or life sciences.
- 2–3 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, PP, QM.
- Expertise in Product Costing and CO.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX.
- Experience in multi-country rollouts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Central Finance or global templates.
- Exposure to pharma manufacturing accounting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
