Responsible for development of IndoChina Foods Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecast
Provide analytical and financial support to business
Ensure timely and accurate submission of planning reports for ICF
Support market units compliance with internal PepsiCo processes in line with SOX requirements and internal related PepsiCo policies
Lead ICF critical leadership documents (including POR and Strategic Deep Dives)
Responsibilities
Month End Reporting
Lead BU level monthly volume, NR and NOPBT flash updates including commentary and present to leadership
Lead monthly actual close end to end process, perform deep dive and provide insights for the actuals vs Plan, vs last forecast, vs PY analysis, present to sector CFO and controller. Follow up questions with BUs and drive for result.
Lead/ drive discussions with MU teams/ SPOCs (TH/VN) in deep dive analysis of actuals performance
Identify any missing entries and consult with controls/ other teams to understand reason for them and ensure accurate book closing
Lead NOPBT cause of change analysis every month (change versus plan and year ago)
Develop and maintain robust and insightful management reports.
Analysis and reporting of actual results tracking against AOP/forecast during monthly POR, timely identifying any potential risks/opportunities along with course corrective initiatives to ensure results delivery on AOP
AOP and Forecasting
Lead monthly forecast deliverables including forecast database file updating, flex loading, and complete the offline forecast supporting files
Partner with Key stakeholders (including Cost Center owners) in preparation & review of forecast/ AOP
Prepare NOPBT Cause of Change Walk and provide the root cause for the change in financials. Present NOPBT CoC along with insights to business
Lead business critical documents like POR submission - capture business performance, risks/ opportunities, action plan, Category/ share analysis
Lead Operating cash flow submission - consolidation of inputs from multiple teams and submitting on HFM
Lead OCF Cause of Change analysis and submission for ICF
Submit Rolling forecast and AOP on HFM in a timely manner
Review current progress towards achievement of AOP targets and provide detail cause of change analysis
Provide analytical support to help in the diagnosis and resolution of key issues in relation to ICF
Responsible in AOP development of market initiatives, business actions and priorities for ICF business
Prepare monthly Financial Performance report and gap analysis for Leadership Teams
Comparing actuals against plan and updating forecasts to reflect actual performance and informing management on the progress of the company's strategic plans
Projects
Lead BU wide projects - prepare project charter, plan, milestones
Drive projects by collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders
Prepare project status and share it with leadership team
People Responsibilities
Coach and on- board new members of the team in ways of working and processes
Other Responsibilities
Prepare DTPs (desk top procedures) and ensure they are continuously updated in line with process changes.
Qualifications
9 years of experience preferred in FP&A , FMCG preferred
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in commerce/business administration / economic with high level of Finance & Accounting Experience. CA/ICWAI/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred
Sound knowledge of Financial systems (SAP, Tableau, HFM, MS Office and Other financial reporting systems)
Strong understanding of business processes
Strong technical knowledge and experience of both Management reporting and planning processes
Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
