Role Overview:The Senior Manager Finance will own the end-to-end finance function for Evoke, including accounting, compliance, financial reporting, and cash flow management. This role will work closely with the core team to ensure strong financial discipline, clean books, and actionable insights as the business scales.
This role is critical to Evoke's growth plans, enabling informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and sustainable unit economics across all clinics.

What we're Looking for:
- 36+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance roles, preferably in startups or fast-growing businesses
- Strong hands-on expertise in accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
- Experience managing monthly closures, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow tracking
- High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong execution orientation with attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Own end-to-end accounting and monthly book closures
- Prepare accurate monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Maintain financial hygiene and implement robust accounting processes
Compliance & Statutory
- Manage GST filings, reconciliations, and assessments
- Oversee TDS, PF, ESI, professional tax, and other statutory compliances
Cash Flow & Budgeting
- Track cash flows, burn, and runway on a continuous basis
- Manage vendor payments, collections, and working capital cycles
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Business & Founder Support
- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on financial insights
- Support unit economics, pricing analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
- Prepare financial data for investor updates, board reviews, and fundraising diligence
