Senior Manager - Finance

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably with current or prior experience in a Big 4 consulting/audit firm. The role requires strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Finance Control, Audit Management, and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, and supporting statutory and internal audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and consolidation process.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and external stakeholders.
• Strengthen and monitor financial controls, governance, and compliance across finance operations.
• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion.
• Interpret and implement changes in Ind AS and other applicable accounting regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex accounting and reporting matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes, controls, and operational efficiencies.
• Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
